Lego Racers 2 GBA (Part II)

Part 2 of the epicness of Lego Racers 2 (GBA version). I can't seem to figure out what to do in this game. Is it an RPG? It's acting like an RPG that mated with a racing game. Hmmm... ok time for another shot.
